The Challenge
I’ve been involved in some very complex projects and often have to stop and ask what is actually needed right now to make this work.
The answer is often. simple
Keep It Super Simple (KISS).
I know there are other ways to use this term, and I’m all about SIMPLE today.
Considerations
I can share these stories as they are life lessons I’ve learned from personal experience.
Experiments Become Experience
These days, I step back and ask, what solution provides the most value with the least friction?
Simple Example:
I’ve created several solutions to remove the friction of having people process a payment. (Important)
I’ll be sharing all of this with the Pirate Crew.
