There are many reasons that people stop creating…
It has a lot to do with fear. ♥︎♥︎♥︎
Can you relate? I know I can, and it sucks,
The Challenge
You seldom hear about the unsuccessful businesses people start or the creative adventures that people fail to share.
Mostly because of fear… Judgment has a way of shutting down the narrative.
Shame, embarrassment, or you don’t care to explain what you learned along the way.
Considerations
Imagine if we had the opportunity to celebrate our lessons instead of what succeeded.
I know when I talk to creatives, they all have stories of creating something that didn’t turn out as planned. Lessons
I don’t consider it a failure as much as a lesson.
I have a degree in lessons from projects that didn’t turn out as I had planned.
There is a gift in every process.
For Example:
All of my lessons taught me the skills I now use to continue the creative journey.
Once you understand that you win or learn, the resistance to create is much lower.
I’ve created an abundant education over the years and am still excited about learning what might work better next.
